I’m getting a y-min related error when attempting to home or calibrate the device.
The bridge will move to back of the base, reach the end, and makes a terrible motor noise until it times out and get this error message:
"“
Unable to move to back (y-min), switch did not trigger
Unable to measure at back (y-min), switch did not trigger during initial approach
Unable to home Y-axis
Unable to calibrate positions, could not prepare probe
Diagnostic procedure failed
”"

This is all while trying to do the Hello World circuit.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into trouble. Unfortunately the thread you linked to if for issues with the Z switch, the back Y switch isn’t user replaceable.

hat said if you could reach out through the in-app chat I’d be happy to walk you through a couple of checks you can do to possibly resolve this yourself. If we can’t get it resolved we may need to RMA the unit.
