I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve been having some trouble with Voltera lately. Specifically, I keep encountering a “Data Sync Error,” and it’s becoming a bit of a hurdle for my workflow. I have been through these resources/articles https://docs.voltera.io/v-one/troubleshooting/usb-connection-problems what is uipath, and as per them I tried the following.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Checked my internet connection to ensure it’s stable.
- Restarted the application and my device.
- Ensured all my configurations are correct.
Despite these steps, the issue persists. I’m not sure what else to try and could use some advice or insights from those who might have faced a similar problem.
If anyone has experienced this error and managed to resolve it, I’d greatly appreciate any tips or steps you took. Or if there are any troubleshooting steps I might have missed, please let me know!
