Hello everyone
I am looking for any advice on how to improve my PCB design process with the Voltera V-One. I have been making use of the V-One for a few projects now and find it to be a great resource, but I believe there is still time for improvement in how i approach certain elements of PCB creation.
I primarily work on concepts for iot devices and smartwatches. These projects frequently require immediate completion and the capacity to make changes on designs quickly.
- I am currently using altium designer and was wondering if there are any special suggestions and guidelines for transferring designs from software to the V One. Are there any file types and parameters that perform best for correct transfers?
- While I am having success with volteras traditional products, i would like to look into alternatives for specific project requirements like flexible substrates and adapted finishes. Has anyone tried various materials on the v One, and what was your experience?
- I am constantly searching for methods to improve my method of working. What strategies, including designing for printing and post-processing techniques, have you found to be the most beneficial in terms of time savings and overall productivity?
- While I become more comfortable with the V One, I am looking forward to try out more complex strategies. though it is adjusting print settings; improving the solder paste application; and incorporating new components like fine pitch Integrated Circuits
- Do you have any commonly recognized tips and techniques from your personal experience with the v-One? I would love to hear about them. Sometimes the best advice comes from other users who have faced and experienced similar issues.
Also I explored some topics related to this https://community.voltera.io/t/is-it-normal-for-the-machine-to-whine-salesforce-dev-excessively-when-the-motors-are-enabled/730 but I did not get the sufficient solution of my query so i would really want to get some help from a more experienced person.
I wanted to learn and increase my skills with the voltera V One. Your feedback; personal experience, and general knowledge would be helpful for me. I would appreciate any thoughts or resources you might provide.
Thanks in advance for your efforts
