I want to use the Voltera V-one to deposit a water-based hydrogel over a substrate (potentially with cells in them). Also paths of PDMS to do some paterning for microfluidics. Do someone has developed a PDF to guide researchers on how to potentially debug depositing parameters on weird materials?
So far I’ve tried to pick up the settings of a random conductive ink and start playing with the different parameters of the deposition, but I don’t have great intuition of how to modify all these parameters to achieve optimal deposition of a material depending on their viscosity, contact angle between the ink and substrate, etc. I’ve had very limited success depositing anything that is not the inks provided by the company.
