After setting the Voltera for an aligned print on a board I recently drilled and selecting aligned print, I align the board correctly in the center of the holes but in the confirm alignment portion the Voltera gets everything wrong except the two holes used to align it. Using the default two alignment holes the Voltera thought that all the holes on the left were further right and that all the holes on the right were further left. When I set different holes to align to the Voltera thought the board was crooked when it is not.
I’m not sure what the issue would be, I am using an EAGLE file that I made with custom libraries which I have used before just with different copper pad sizes. The drilling went fine and the board looks as it should at this point but the alignment went wrong anyway.
