Given it supports X-Y movement with limited Z travel and the possibility of spindle control, there is the possibility, but it would take some work setting it up in terms of software and hardware mods.
Unless you had need of the high resolution capabilities of the V-One you would probably do better going with a purpose built setup but it depends on what your specific engraving needs are.
If Voltera gets behind engraving this may change, of course.
