New user and while Hello World is baking I would like to see if anyone has any ideas about repurposing a boatload of single and double sided copper boards.
I would like to use a screen printing enamel ink made by Inktech and substitute it for the solder paster. It has a viscosity of 10,000 to 13,000 units. There is some sort of viscosity rotational standard that calibrates the flow of a fluid. Water may be only 100. I do not what the solder paste Voltera uses but perhaps this ink and a different sized nozzle would let the Voltera print traces and pads that would withstand the HCl/peroxide etchant and with the drill attachment permit me to use a large stock of material. Scrap copper prices are not high enough to junk this stuff.
