Unreadable drill files

For decades I design perfect boards with UltiCAP/UltiBoard. It generates the gerber files and excellon drill files. The PCB manufacturer can read all the data automatically without any problems, but now I have the V-One several problems came with the data.
The software program from the V-One cannot handle the gerbers nor the excellon drill files. Happily I found useful information telling I have to change the Gerber files and remove the outlines, text and other not recognized (not useful) parts.
Therefore I needed special software. The program Gerbv (v2.6a) could do that, without extra costs.
It worked out fine so I only have tracks and pads and the files are readable now. Happy!
However , the problems with the drill data still exists and I do not know the answer for the solution.
My designer program generates 2 files: A file with drill settings (format, layers, diameter
holes) and a file with drill data (cooordinates). The drill data file looks very similar with the txt file from the demo, but the software doesn’t recognize it.
What can I do to make it work?

I had similar issues with Circuitmaker. I don’t know If it is the same situation, as I have not seen your files, but circuitmaker creates 2 files for the drilling ops: TOL and TXT I have to combine them into one to be able to use them.

In my case, I Just add the command C and the drill size taken from the TOL file with the decimal point.

Try this.
again, all I did was to define the tool table on the drill location data file (the 1st 6 lines of Code below).
Save as PD498.TXT and import into your gerber viewer with the parameters defined on the PD498.rep file (metric, Absolute, Leading Zeros off).
Hope this fixes your issue.
