We actually have not tried printing on nail polish, however I do not think the ink will eat away at it. What concerns me more is the baking temperature. After printing the ink needs to be cured at 200C for 30 mins, so the nail polish that you use needs to be able to withstand the curing temperature.
Our MSDS for the conductive ink and the solder paste is located here. but I don't think the particular solvents used are listed there.
