Solder paste dispensing on double sided PCBs

Hello,
we are thinking about the purchase of a V-One. Mainly we want to use the device for solder paste dispensing.
However, we still doubt whether double-sided boards can be printed, even if there are already components placed on the bottom side.
For this workflow, the V-One needs some kind of stand-offs for holding the board safely and must also be able to dispense on different heights (we use components with heights larger than 10mm). Is this possible without any restrictions?

The V-One doesn’t support dispensing on the back of populated boards. The workflow is intended to be:

1. drilling
2. printing side 1
3. baking side 1
4. printing side 2
5. baking side 2
6. dispensing paste on one of the sides
7. reflowing
8. hand soldering any components on the other side.

Additionally the system isn’t currently intended to print on boards that have components already on the same face. We’ve seen some clever ways users have made this work but they’ve been pretty hacky and I wouldn’t advise these methods as a primary use of the printer.
