Printing on PDMS

Has anyone tried using PDMS as a substrate? I have printed on Kapton with the flexible ink and it works p[erfectly, but when I print on PDMS the ink doesn’t adhere and becomes brittle and comes off after curing. Any tips on what can I improve to print better on PDMS?

Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) is widely used as the substrate material for stretchable electronics.

I’ve used PDMS, PU, PET, etc. You’re dealing with different material properties, unless you have a custom ink, or prep the surface you will not get what you need. You could try surface treating the pdms prior to printing with oxygen/argon plasma, etc.
