I’m trying to update my printer
First I plugged everything in, downloaded the software and let it connect to the software. my pc constantly is connected to the printer. but everytime the voltare software tells me the update is starting, it changes back to the screen "trying to find printer."
I dont know when it was last updated because the company i started my internship in bought it, then it was used once to do the hello world halfway and then it was never used again.
Have you contacted Voltera Support, what did they say?
yes but they are away for an hour, … for the last 2 hours (probably time zone diffrence maybe), so I am also trying this here.
