Nozzle drama - bent and broken

Hi,
after wasting 3 Nozzles today, just in the morning:

• The reference point is clean, so is the Probe
• Probing goes through fine, using standard FR1 Voltera PCBs
• seems the Ink catrirdge is lowered too much - so Nozzle bends/breaks immediately.
  But there is no excess ink on the Z calibration switch.
  I read through the Tips here in regards to broken/bent Nozzles and understand that it’s allbout the Z…

Q:
I am wonderig if there is a DEBUG Option where i can see the values after PROBING and than after
first Calibration of the Ink Cartridge ? So if those values differs (offset in the axis) i could get at least a point to start investigating.

Any chance you can share your gerbers? There might be something in there… feel free to send them to support@voltera.io and I can have a look.

The other thing to check - after the first nozzle broke, did you re-probe the surface at all?

Thanks Matt - i’ll send the Gerbers separately.
The Problem actually happended during the Calibration Printing already.
I used the Drillfile to drill via holes and than i started printing - and the problem happened during the calibration print. I restarted completely after 2nd broken Nozzle (incl Calibration).
