How to replace the ink / paste cartridge?

Hello wonderful people at Voltera forums,

I just got a replacement solder paste cartridge. I can’t seem to figure out how to remove the existing one and replace with this one. I couldn’t find any tutorials or videos for same. Could someone please guide me through this process or direct me to a resource?

I am really hoping to solder some boards this weekend.
