Help with printing antennas

Hi, so i’ve just started using the Voltera and i am trying to print a dipole antenna. I’ve converted the file to gbr but the printer only printed a small circle. The antenna was created on CST. Has anyone here successfully manage to print an antenna.

here are my measurements of the antenna:

Radius: 1.5mm
Length: 62.46mm
Feed Length: 10mm
Zo(impedance): 72 Ohms

is there a way i can tweak the design on CST or even the Voltera Software.

I have not worked with CST, but I have printed “antenna like structures” to foil and PCB. Have you checked your gerber files with any Gerber Viewers, that it looks complete?

Hi, yes i have just checked my design and it seems to be showing a circle. is it not possible to print on PCB only, as this is for a project so my antenna needs to printed on a substrate.

And the circle is drawn in Gerber with some reasonable trace width (e.g. 0.3 mm)?? If it is just a thin line (e.g. 0.1 mm or thinner) it might not be drawn fully?

Back to your original question: The gerber files are text files. You can modify directly them - if needed. Voltera SW can be found from github, so you can modify that too. CST part I am not able to answer, since I am Linux user (I have not tried CST under Wine).

Sorry for not answering your all questions: You can print on PCB. But if you need, you can also print on PET foil (which is what I do).

@Yussuf1995 Any chance you could share your gerbers? I haven’t worked with CST, but there may be an issue with gerber formatting from the program. If you’d prefer, send your gerbers to support@voltera.io

I used an online viewer to view the gerber designs and they seem to be just a circle.

I have uploaded both files. I think that the issue might be at the axis that the file is being printed
