I’m sorry to hear you’re having some trouble. That said the second picture you posted looks fine for reflow. In my experience less is more in cases like these. As with all users I always recommend turning their dispensing gears back further than they think they need to.
Using selective print to pick a few pads and do a quick test run is never a bad idea to get your settings just right. It also is a nice double check of alignment.
