I’ve not solved the issue no… I think the area the software thinks is printable is a fraction smaller than the physical area
With PCBs I’ve done so far, I just use a small spacer to push it away from the edge of the printer …
Even with the clamps and thumbscrews, the header travels above them anyway… so it should really just warn the user that there could be a problem and let the user decide what is “safe” or not to do…
If the clamps were not used at all… it should allow to use the full area… or close as possible… the actual head looks to get about a few mm across the thumbscrews dia, so even just 5mm more area would be an advantage on PCBs which only just fit the bed.
