Can't start alignment?

I often fail to start alignment.

From this step 1, pressing “move to feature” starts alignment as step 2, but after homing the head, the screen goes back to step 1, so I can’t start alignment. Is there any problem in usage?

After touching alignment switch (I’ve tried to clean it), the operation goes well…?

Hi @akita11,

I’m not 100% sure I understand the problem.

The procedure should be:

1. Move to Feature
2. Use the arrow keys to do a coarse (rough) alignment
3. Click ‘Lower’
4. User the arrow keys to do a fine alignment.
5. Click Measure
6. Repeat Steps 1-5 for the other feature.

Are you pressing the ‘Home’ key during these steps? If you are, then it’s possible the procedure is getting restarted.

You should only use the buttons on the left panel, the machine will automatically advance and return to the home position.
