When I get the head to calibrate and it measures various points on the PCB, I swapped to the solder paste head… Though I notice there is actually some vertical movement in the placement of where the head actually fits… So surely this tiny movement would invalidate the calibration steps ? also it is possible that the actual fitting of the nozzle in the syringe could have some variation as well…
Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see how the calibration steps would reflect on the physical placement and physical tightness of the solder paste nozzle ?
