I’ve seen this issue happen once before on a V-One being used in Japan, where voltage for electric mains is 100V. The heater will ramp up temperature a bit slower in Japan relative to the rest of the world, which can cause some heaters to trigger a software safety check for non-conforming heaters. My guess is that this is the case here as well.
We’re going to add a patch in the next software release to address this specific issue. In the meantime, a workaround you can use is to pre-heat the V-One to 40C using the Manual Heating function, and then bake the board once the printer reaches 40C.
