As @Pyrophreek mentioned, the application you’ve described sounds like it should work well with the V-One. The printing quality will really come down to how your specific material behaves during dispensing - if you need any guidance in adjusting print settings you can always shoot us an email or post in the forums. Do you have any requirements for line width or layer thickness?
To use your material with the V-One, you’ll need to load it into a 5cc EFD syringe (like the ones in our empty cartridge pack) up to about 2 mL full. Then, just put on the appropriate nozzle, insert it into one of the dispenser units, and you’re ready to print.
A good rule of thumb is to use a nozzle that has an internal diameter at least 6x the mean particle size. We stock 100um, 150um, and 225um nozzles, which should be suitable for particles up to 37.5um - if you need to work with 50um particles, we may be able to supply a larger nozzle size.
