Clogged nozzles/ Broken

I’ve been using this printer for about a week now and all the nozzles that came with it have somehow seem to have broken. I’ve tried printing with the broken nozzles and the results are different although it should not affect my circuit as much. The issue im having now is that the ink is not flowing at all. It seems as though the ink has dried up and clogged all the nozzles. is there a way i can unclog these?

Use aceton. The way am doing it is cleaning it initially with aceton and a syringe needle.
fill aceton to the nozzel storer which it comes in. put it in jar filled with DI water. Place the jar in multivibrator.
run the multibrator till clog is cleared. Best practice is to maintain the nozzels clear always. clean it as soon as you finish printing and store it in aceton. its giving me better results so far. let me know if you have figured any other best practice.

Assuming we are talking about paste here, I’ve had all sorts of trouble with blocking nozzles too. The good news is, with a spotlessly clean nozzle the printer is amazing. My approach is that after a days use of nozzles, I try to carefully clear out as much paste as possible with a toothpick or similar. Then I put them in an ultrasonic bath filled with flux cleaner and deionised water. I run the bath till the nozzles are clean and then store them. Sometime I stick a syringe in the nozzle and suck the solvent in through it (probably not a good idea to try to push blockages out).
It’s a shame it’s so much effort, a self cleaning nozzle (or paste that didn’t harden so much in the nozzle) would be awesome.
