Hi, I am trying to print using two different inks. I am not using the alignment print because in the past I tried on this way but I was not getting precision on the printed traces. But now for avoiding move the substrate and change the position of it regarding xyz exes, I print the two inks as a simple print way, here are the main steps followed:
- calibration and load cartridge of the first ink,
- select an area to print
- print
- take out the cartridge
- click “back” until calibration step
- mount the cartridge (second ink)
- calibration
- select an area to print
- print
The substrate is kept on the same position along the printing, but even in this way, the traces printed are overlap or very close between them. For example, 210 microns of the gap are not achieved.
