Can you try disconnecting the printer and submitting a support package? Click the envelope on the top right. This will send us an email with your logs so we can get a better idea of what's happening.
In the meantime, can you try the following sequence of events
1) Powering offer the printer and disconnecting the USB cable.
2) Restart the Voltera Software
3) Open the console by pressing Alt + C
4) Power on the printer and connect the USB cable.
The software will try to re-upload the firmware, but the console should give an indication of what's happening, could you try pasting the contents of what you see?
