Glad to hear you're first print went well! Congrats! You can post a pic of it to our Facebook if you like. It still makes me smile to hear (or see) a nice hello-world.
As for getting nicely aligned prints I'd suggest the Aligned Print procedure...it's not just for 2-sided prints. It's for any time you want to make sure you dispense relative to some thing else be it the edge of the board, existing pads, holes or whatever. You can use Simple Print and eye-ball it (which i do) but you'll need to run a few outlines to get it right.
Please don't unscrew anything on the printer. it will void your warranty (bad) and you could zap yourself with line-voltage (soooo very bad).
If you need another solution I'll need some more info on the nature of the misalignment...I'm wondering if we can use the clamps to help, but I can't propose anything concrete without a deeper understanding. Some pics of the bed or/and a misaligned print could help. Some close shots of the corners might help...if nothing else i can show this to our production team to see what they think.
